The Crossings at Montrose is a pet-friendly community that allows both cats and dogs. There is a 2 pet maximum per household. Pet rent is $25 per pet per month. There is also a $350 pet deposit required per household. There is no weight limit but aggressive animals are not allowed. We do not allow exotic animals or fish.
